How It Works
For Borrowers:
- Receive Your Invitation – Once your closing documents are ready, you’ll receive a link to access them via Simplifile®, typically a day or more before closing.
- Set Up Secure Access – Create a password-protected account or sign in securely with Google to view your documents.
- Review and Share – Download, review, and share documents with family or legal counsel before signing.
- eSign Documents – On closing day, eligible documents will be activated for eSigning, and Simplifile® will notify you when they’re ready.
- Complete the In-Person Settlement – Finalize the process by signing the remaining documents requiring a witness at your closing appointment.
For Title Agents:
- Receive Automatic Notifications – Get an email with a secure access link as soon as the closing package is prepared.
- Access Documents Easily – No need to create a Simplifile® account—simply click the secure link to access files.
- Stay Updated – When documents are revised, a new link is sent automatically within 15 minutes.
- Ensure Documents Are Signed – Check the portal to verify if all eSign-eligible documents have been completed before closing.
- Upload Remaining Documents – Completed eSign documents are automatically returned, while wet-signed documents can be scanned and securely sent back to Prosperity’s closing team.
For Real Estate Agents:
